Samsung is reported to shrink the Galaxy S22, save the best display and glass for Ultra S22

According to the possibility of Samsung Insider, the appearance of the Samsung Galaxy S22 and S22 Plus will shrink compared to the Galaxy S21, while the Galaxy S22 Ultra will only be a larger Smidge than its predecessor.

Twitter Leaker Mauri QHD accepts a diagonal display size for Galaxy 2022 phones from the source. Compared to the S21 lineup, Galaxy S22 and S22 Plus can be compressed from 6.2 “(157mm) to 6.05” (154mm) and from 6.7 “(170mm) to 6.55” (166mm).

Meanwhile, Galaxy S22 Ultra can grow from 6.8 “to 6.81”. It was an extra 0.01 “or 0.25mm, almost invisible by the human eye, Mari Samsung boasts that his new cellphone is bigger, but it should not change the experience from last year’s big-scale.

Mauri also claims that ‘only ultra is LPO’, references low temperature polycrystalline oxide technology designed to support the level of refresh variables without spending too much battery life. This year, only Ultra S21 has LPO and 120Hz refresh speed, so the trend can continue with the S22 cellphone.

In comparison, the latest iPhone 13 rumors suggest that the two new iPhones will get the LTPO panel supporting 120Hz. We will see how it affects pricing, performance, and battery life when comparing two best-selling telephone brands.

Another glass bit bite dust?

Another source that might be inside, look today by Sammobile, claiming Samsung only considered adding the glass back to the Ultra Galaxy S22. That means that along with the size of the appearance that is just squeezed, the Galaxy S22 Plus will lose the S21-style glass plus supporting Samsung ‘Glastic’ polycarbonate.

Many people prefer the phone with plastic back cover because it tends to handle falling better than the glass glasses. And while our reviewer likes design for S21 and S21 Plus, maybe Samsung wants to push more compact cellphones next year.

However, this rumor added together seems to suggest that Samsung wants ultra S22 to stand out more about two other galaxy phones as a significant increase. We also heard that S22 Ultra (and only Ultra) can have a 200MP camera sensor and continuous optical zoom.
