2. Races: Prostate cancer is most likely to occur in black men or African-American men. While in white men or in other races it is less likely to occur. In African-American men, twice as likely to die because of cancer as a comparison to white men.

3. Family History: Having prostate cancer in blood relative like in your brother or father then most likely it will develop in you. It will only happen when the mutation or genetics are passed from one generation to another.

4. Genetic Changes: Cell comprises of thousands of genes that are inherited from parents. Mutation of  BRCA1 or BRCA2 genes which may lead to breast or ovarian cancer in your parents then it may also pass to you for development of prostate cancer.

5. Diet And Lifestyle: Diet and change in lifestyle may also affect the prostate gland and may cause cancer. Eating a lot of meat or fat rich food lead to cause prostate cancer in some men but doctors are not sure about this factor.
