Pregnancy Diet – What you need to eat or not while you are in Pregnancy?

Food cravings are mostly seen by women in pregnancy time. Pregnancy is the time when your body goes into changes and your food carvings is also strong during this period.  Some women have strong food cravings for sweet food while other wishes to go for spicy food. It varies from women to women. It is instructed by your dietician to have health food during this period as it will indirectly helps in the growth of the child. If the right kind of nutrients is provided to women then it will good for them and their baby.

It also instructed to women that they should go for healthy diet as compare to other alternatives. Here is the list of healthy alternatives for unhealthy foods which women love to have during pregnancy time.  With these food alternatives they can make their own dish at home.
Pizzas- Pizza is unhealthy food which is rich in salt and fat. It is better for the pregnant women that they should make their own pizza at home. They can put ingredients according to them which will prove healthy for them in all areas.  They should take whole wheat pizza base in place of flour dough which is hard to digest in pregnancy. Thus women should make their own pizza at home by adding important nutrients which will prove good for the body.
Ice-cream– Ice-cream is also loved by women in pregnancy time. But eating Ice-cream from market is not healthy in nature. The best alternative of ice-cream is Yogurt which is low in fat. It would be better option for the women that they should mix honey along with berries in Yogurt to replace with ice-cream. It will also prove good for the body.
Fries and chips- Chips and fries are common food cravings in pregnancy period. It is better for women that they should make their own fries at home without taking them from market. You are also having the best option for baking them instead of frying which will not prove good in pregnancy. Thus it is better option for women that they should move for fries and chips that are made at home to remain healthy and fit for long duration.
Alcohol- Alcohol will not prove good in case of pregnancy. It is better for the women that they should replace alcohol with Juice or tea which is best for the body. It will not create any kind of bad effects to the body as most of the women notices while taking alcohol during pregnancy.
Thus all these are the above alternatives for pregnant women who have unhealthy pregnancy 
cravings that will not prove good for their body along with their child. It would be the better option to consult your doctors regarding this problem along with coming out the best solution from where you can help in developing the baby in normal way. They can also avail their services for making them strong along with their babies.
