The first episode of Loki has offered a new quality of rivalry of brothers and sisters with the fabulous relationship between Tom Hiddleston and Owen Wilson, who stars as agent Mobius, fueling a comic introduction that saw the television series with a good start.
Registering itself in the events of Avengers: Engame, Loki starts with the villain the series is named after having escaped captivity with the use of the stolen Tesper, only to arrive and be surrounded by VAT operator portal. I immediately seized, we are taken to the database of VAT and given a succinct explanation on the internal functioning of the organization and its integrated role within the MCU.
In closely avoiding “reset” in front of the court, Loki is escorted by the Mobius agent, who has curiosities from his to settle. Between Jeering and Jibes, Mobius seems to reveal one side of Loki who is more complex than the ugly of hungry power that has constantly escaped by his old older and larger brother.
But will he be the hero or the villain this time? Episode 2 could simply prove that Loki joins the forces with VAT to help eliminate global weather criminals, worshiping the uniform and all. Working alongside VAT will also be an opportunity for Loki to discover the multiple versions of itself and – in the end – avoid complete removal of the universe.
