Samsung must have many devices that will compete for consumer attention and wallets, but it seems that sources cannot agree when they will actually debut. The most agreed leakage is “some time in August,” which might not be enough time for some people to prepare their finances. The latest words of the South Korean market seem to encourage a more trustworthy theory for the following year which dismantle 2021 which will reveal the next Samsung cellular product batch. Unfortunately, one of which might not arrive soon after another.
Some placed August 3 at the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3, while others said August 27. Both dates may be true but in a slightly different way. According to the South Korean Yonhap news agency, Samsung will reveal the device in the early semester of August and then make it available to be purchased before the end of the month.
More specifically, there is a possibility of August 3 to dismantle close properly but, because Samsung often dismantles on Friday, August 6 is more likely. Even so, August 13 is also a possible date, according to the report. Either Way, Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 will be launched on August 27.
The cellphone that can be folded is not alone on the stage. It will be accompanied by accessories such as Galaxy Sound 2 and Galaxy Watch 4, and the Galaxy Watch Active 4. The last two will be a special interest because they are expected to run using the OS rather than Samsung Tizen.
Galaxy S21 FE will also share the spotlight, but the story will play differently. Instead of launching at the end of August, Samsung was reported to have delayed the launch of a falling smartphone, maybe around September. Part of the reason is to provide more attention to two new folding phones, but lack of chips, especially Snapdragon 888, it is reported to also play a role in the decision.
