How to install 15 beta iPadas on your phone (only developers)
If you are not yet enrolled in the Apple Developer program, go to the registration page (otherwise, skip the next paragraph) and click on ‘Start your registration’. Log in to your Apple ID: You will need to be activated by the authentication of two factors, then enter your Biography and Payment information to register.
Once you are an official developer, go to the Apple Developer site on your iPad, log in to your Apple ID and accept any terms and conditions that appear. Then navigate to the download page.
